Frequently asked questions about my training sessions
Do I need to have previous experience in leadership or communication?
No. I adapt each training to the starting point and needs of each person or team, and based on that, I trace the best route for each training.
How long does a Henko Lab training session last?
The duration varies depending on the objective of the training. From a training pill (2 hours), a training session (4 hours), a day (8 hours), to a customized training program (+ 8 hours) that can be extended over time.
Can it be done online?
Yes. I work in both in-person and online formats, individual or group, depending on the client’s needs.
What is the difference between Henko Lab and a traditional communication training?
All training sessions are based on scientific evidence and based on psychology. I don’t teach you isolated techniques, but we take a tour of the entire process of communicative awareness and real leadership, always combined with practice. Henko Lab training sessions specialize in creating communicative transformations, you will notice a change!
Can I request a personalized training for my company or team?
Of course. I will design a customized program based on the context and objectives of the group.
